After many a time seeing this amazing event unfold from the comfort of my sofa I decided to head into London and watch it up close and personal.
As much studied the route of the parade I found myself a pretty decent spot on Cheapside only a stones throw away from St Paul’s Cathedral Churchyard sat just in front of the crowds waiting for the parade to walk past. Unfortunately I missed the Fireworks display due to attending a later event at Battersea Park!
Hopefully next year I’ll try my luck and find a better spot or maybe be cheeky and walk with the parade itself 🙂
